Highland has 5 different worship teams that lead worship for various Highland Gatherings (Kids, Youth, College, Young Adults, and Sundays). Our worship team is an audition-based team that occur once a year. If you are interested in auditioning to be on our Worship Team (Band or Worship Leader) or have any questions regarding the worship team, please contact Jordan Greer.

We accept auditions for the following positions: Drums, Bass, Electric Guitar, Piano/Keys, Strings, and Worship Leaders. 

Worship Choir is made up of men and women who sing/lead in our Worship Gatherings each week. The commitment level is up to you; commit to sing in one, two, or all three Gatherings. High School students and above are welcome. Joining the Worship Choir is easy! Simply email Emma Curtis about your interest and our team will get back to you asap! No auditions required.

Highland Hospitality consists of five distinct teams: Door Greet, Welcome Desk, Host, Coffee (morning gatherings only), and Fancy Water (4pm gathering only). By opening doors, initiating conversations, sharing information, or creating welcoming environments, Highland Hospitality proclaims the Gospel to guests—that Jesus sees them, recognizes them, knows their names, and welcomes them.

Our mission on the Production Team is to reinforce the Gospel being preached from Highland and make that message available to as many people as possible. There are several ways you can connect and serve alongside us to make this happen. 
Camera Operators make sure our pastors' and worship leaders' messages get recorded. The Video Director switches between our graphics and camera sources and starts and stops the stream to the web, as well as directs our camera operators. Lighting Operators make sure all of our light cues happen during the Gathering when we want them to. ProPresenter Operator displays the lyrics and message notes so the congregation can sing and follow along. Finally, our two Audio Technician positions support the band and make sure the Gospel is heard clearly in our live Gatherings and our live stream.
